Capacities starting from 920l to 30,000l with a single wall, the tank is made of stainless steel sheet with a thickness of 3-6mm, welded by TIG process and smoothed at the joints on both sides. It is fixed to a retention tank built to 100% of the retained volume. It has a 3% slope to the water discharge valve. The connections and delivery system are also stainless steel, including the overflow protection valve and filter.
The Fill Rite 701 or AG-600 high flow pump (230V/12V/24V, 50-70 litres/min) is EX certified and equipped with a mechanical meter, filter and check valve. The case (stainless steel option) with key provides additional protection against intrusion and against weather conditions. Made of wrought iron and anti-corrosion treated.
Heavy duty K2-C hose can be used for all types of aviation fuel. It is anti-static and abrasion resistant with a full-length fluorescent strip for nighttime visibility.
The length of the hose is according to the customer's need and can be wound on a self-retractable stool (stainless steel option).
The ZVA 25 Slim Line Aviation Gun has grounding, inlet microfilter and rubber cap.
The filter unit connected to the transfer pump can accommodate suitable elements for removing impurities and/or for dehydrating the delivered fuel.
The tank comes standard equipped with an aluminum graduated ruler for reading the fuel level. Optionally a magnetic float indicator, local electronic display (liquid height, absolute and percentage remaining volume, product density) and PC connection can be installed. The indicator is made of stainless steel and EX certified.
Our company meets all the conditions and regulations required by the Romanian Civil Aviation Authority , for the manufacture and equipment of tanks and mobile fuel stations for fueling small aircraft (by gun). The stations are equipped in accordance with the laws in force, they are closed with a fireproof panel equipped with a gas detection system and a fire extinguishing system. Capacities vary according to the client's requirements and can reach up to 35MC, according to the authorization our company has from the Romanian Civil Aviation Authority.
There are separate unloading and loading routes with a monitor filter when feeding aircraft and a separator filter when unloading from the tanker. At a capacity of over 20MC, absorption is done by floating arm. The 50l purge tank is built in a closed circuit with the large tank, it is purged with the help of a hand pump. If the fuel in the purge tank meets all the required characteristics, it is sent back to the main tank with another hand pump through a water separator filter.
